Shipping & Returns



We ship worldwide and shipping rates are calculated at checkout.


  1. We are not responsible for any parcels that get lost in the post when standard shipping has been selected.
  2. Registered Post option is an additional cost and a tracking number will be sent to you so you can track your parcel.
  3. Delivery times in Ireland will vary depending on selected products. Our products will be dispatched within 3-5 working days. There may be delays during busier periods.
  4. Delivery to UK, Europe & the Rest Of The World can take an additional 2 - 4 weeks to allow for any customs issue. 

    Deliveries to the United States can take up to 6 weeks with USPS.

  5. Unless you have selected & paid for tracked delivery we are not obliged to provide this service. Any delays encountered are outside of our control.
  6. Unfortunately, it is not possible to make any order amendments once the order has been placed.
  7. When you place an order online you will be sent a receipt of payment to your email address & when your order has been processed a dispatch confirmation e-mail to confirm your parcel has been dispatched.
  8. Any pre-order items purchased will not dispatch until they are in stock.
  9. Please be aware that we are not responsible for any taxes and duties you may incur.


At Ruby’s Boutique, we understand that sometimes a product is not quite right and you may wish to have a refund or exchange.

We ask that you send your request within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing

You have 14 days to return an item(s).

Please quote your order number which you will find on your order confirmation email and your full name. Please explain the reason why you want to send your item(s) back. If an item is faulty, please provide full details. Once we receive your return request, we will provide you instructions to return the item.

You must use a reputable delivery service that can provide evidence that they have delivered the goods back to us. Please also ensure that goods are packed with sufficient outer packaging to ensure that no damage is caused in transit. We will not be responsible for such damage and would suggest that you use a carrier that offers insurance cover.

You as the customer are responsible for the payment of postage/shipping for returns.

Assuming that our return's policy has been adhered to returned goods will be credited within 30 days of our receiving them minus postage and packaging.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer exchanges. If you would like to buy another product, we can process a refund for your original item and you can place a new order.

No exchange or returns on personalised items, hats or Sale/Clearance items.


All items are Quality Checked before dispatch.

If you do receive an item that has been damaged or is incorrect, please email us within 48 hours of receipt detailing your order number and a description of the damage or incorrect item(s) to After 48 hours, your item will fall within the 14-day returns policy described above.

Once we receive your return/exchange request we will agree on an exchange or credit and provide instructions to return the item.

Damaged/Incorrect items must be returned unused/unworn, repacked in their original packaging with all labels/tags attached.

Assuming that our return's policy has been adhered to returned goods will be credited within 30 days of our receiving them.
