REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
At Ruby’s Boutique, we understand that sometimes a product is not quite right and you may wish to have a refund or exchange.
We ask that you send your request within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing us at email@example.com
You have 14 days to return an item(s).
Please quote your order number which you will find on your order confirmation email and your full name. Please explain the reason why you want to send your item(s) back. If an item is faulty, please provide full details.
A note must be included with you return or it will not be processed!!!
The item must be in brand new condition, unwashed, unworn and folded with all labels still intact. Items removed from original packaging ie socks are not eligible for a return. Any orders returned after 14 days will be automatically returned to the customer.
You must include a note of your name and/or order number with your return. Please ensure that your item is sent in suitable, weatherproof packaging.
Returns should be sent by registered post. We accept no responsibility for lost / stolen / misplaced returns that do not have a tracking number.
You as the customer are responsible for the payment of postage/shipping for returns.
Assuming that our return's policy has been adhered to returned goods will be credited within 30 days of our receiving them minus postage and packaging.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer exchanges. If you would like to buy another product, we can process a refund for your original item and you can place a new order.
