REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
At Ruby’s Boutique, we understand that sometimes a product is not quite right and you may wish to have a refund or exchange.
You have 14 days to return an item(s).
A note must be included with you return or it will not be processed!!!
Please quote your order number which you will find on your order confirmation email and your full name.
The item must be in brand new condition, unwashed, unworn and folded with all labels still intact. Items removed from original packaging ie socks, tights etc are not eligible for a return. Any orders returned after 14 days will be automatically returned to the customer.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer exchanges. If you would like to buy another product, we can process a refund for your original item and you can place a new order.
You must include a note of your name and/or order number with your return. Please ensure that your item is sent in suitable, weatherproof packaging.
Returns should be sent by registered post. We accept no responsibility for lost / stolen / misplaced returns that do not have a tracking number.
You as the customer are responsible for the payment of postage/shipping for returns.
Assuming that our return's policy has been adhered to returned goods will be credited within 30 days of our receiving them minus postage and packaging.

No exchange or returns on personalised items, hats, socks, tights or Sale/Clearance items.
